2. What we offer

EasyPricing is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool that monitors competitor product pages and sends email alerts when prices change. The service is intended for business use.

3. Account registration

You must provide a valid email address and password to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All prices are shown in Danish kroner (DKK) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. You will receive an invoice by email after each successful payment.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then and no partial refunds are issued for the remaining period.

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated.

6. Immediate access and cancellation right

By completing your purchase, you explicitly request that the service starts immediately upon payment. You acknowledge that by doing so you waive any statutory right to cancel within a cooling-off period, as the digital service is delivered at once.

This waiver is presented as a mandatory checkbox at checkout and is recorded with your order.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use EasyPricing only to monitor publicly accessible product pages. You must not use the service to collect personal data, circumvent access controls, or violate any applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from temporary unavailability.

9. Limitation of liability

EasyPricing is a monitoring tool. We do not guarantee that all price changes are detected or that alerts are delivered within any specific time frame. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding month.

10. Disputes

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at contact@jonexlab.com. We will do our best to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
