Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Invoices are sent by email after each payment.
Are prices including VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT may be added at checkout depending on your location and business status.
What counts as a 'tracked product'?
Each unique URL you add counts as one tracked product. If you add the same URL twice, it still counts as one.
How quickly will I get an email when a price changes?
We check prices every 6 hours. If a change is detected during a check, the alert email is sent within minutes.
Which storefronts do you support?
We support Shopify, WooCommerce, and most other major e-commerce platforms. If a product page shows a price in HTML, we can likely extract it.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time from the customer portal. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated.
What happens if I exceed my product limit?
You won't lose existing tracked products, but you won't be able to add new ones until you upgrade or remove some. You'll see a clear message in the dashboard.
